Do you measure the effort you make in training? What metrics do you use? Do you know TSS?

TSS (Training Stress Score), is a score based on the duration and intensity of the physical activity in question. This score is based on your thresholds (threshold) that the watch or application automatically captures. From the thresholds, the application calculates your IF (intensity factor) per training performed, which together with the time/duration tells the TSS.

TSS is a formula best known in applications such as Training Peaks and Garmin, and is widely used by coaches and consultants to create plans, spreadsheets and strategies.

What was your highest TSS? Was it in training or in a race?
